Welcome to the Easter edition of the WHSS newsletter...

As the Spring Term comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible learning experiences and events that have shaped this term. From the classroom to the community, it’s been a term full of creativity, innovation, and growth.

Students have had the chance to engage in hands-on projects, including the Design and Technology Clock Project, where they applied their design skills in a real-world context. Our exploration of electric cars sparked curiosity about sustainability and future technologies, inspiring many to think about the world of tomorrow.

Career exploration took centre stage during Careers Day, where students connected with professionals from various fields, gaining valuable insight into potential future paths. Meanwhile, our Bake for Comic Relief event brought students together to bake, fundraise, and support an important cause.

The term culminated in our vibrant Easter Fayre, where families and guests gathered to celebrate the hard work and creativity of our students. We hope you enjoyed the event and had a wonderful time. The day was filled with fun, crafts, and delicious treats, making for a fantastic conclusion to the term.

As we now head into the Easter break, we wish you a restful and enjoyable holiday, recharging for the new Summer Term ahead.

Best wishes,

Karl Adamski
Head of School
