Welcome to the Autumn edition of the WHSS newsletter...

A special warm welcome to all the new students, families and staff joining our vibrant community. We’re so excited to see how you’ll contribute to the wonderful energy and learning experiences at our school.

As the crisp autumn air settles in, we try to hold on to the memories of summer. From holidays spent exploring new places to time with family and friends, the summer gave us all a chance to recharge, creating memories we hold on to through the changing seasons.

Already, the autumn term has begun with enthusiasm!

Our students have been busy with incredible experiences—exciting trips out that expanded their horizons, special visitors who have brought new ideas and information, and, of course, lots of progress in the classroom. The sense of curiosity and determination has been inspiring, and we are proud of the educational strides made already.

Looking ahead, there’s even more to get excited about! As the days grow shorter and the temperature drops, we’re looking forward to the festive fun of Halloween, the sparkle and tradition of Bonfire Night, and, of course, the magic of the Christmas season where I hope to see you all at the Christmas Fayre and celebrations.

Let’s continue to embrace the learning, support one another, and make the most of this wonderful autumn season!

Kind regards,

Karl Adamski
Head of School
