At WHSS, our Hospitality curriculum offers students hands-on experience in both the hospitality and catering industries.
Through a mix of practical and theory lessons, students work towards City and Guilds qualifications, gaining skills in key areas like customer service, food preparation, knife skills, and using kitchen equipment. They also learn about healthy eating, cleaning procedures, and food service. Students build portfolios of work and complete practical assessments, preparing them for future careers in hospitality.
