I am the Vice Principal – Head of Business, Finance, and Operations, with over 10 years’ experience in the education sector. I have worked in both maintained schools and within a Multi-Academy Trust as a School Business Manager, overseeing areas such as Finance, Health & Safety, Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Sports Studies and began my career working for Leeds United FC, Nacro and other community organisations, where I managed a wide range of programmes focused on empowering and improving the lives of young people. This has given me a unique perspective on the importance of holistic support, both inside and outside the classroom, and reinforces my commitment to fostering an environment of growth and opportunity.

My focus is on ensuring the efficient and effective use of Trust resources to support and enhance our school’s development. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether it’s walking my energetic Vizsla, Rocco, or keeping up with my three boys.
