Following on from the very successful sessions Gareth Pott’s (Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach) has been running with our families since November 2020, we would like to offer you the opportunity of improving your ‘Physical and Mental Well Being’ in readiness for the summer holidays. The sessions are presented to you in a short four week block, allowing you to gain new tips and advice that you can then go away and build into your everyday life as you wish.
